The Coldest Night of the Year is a family-friendly walk that raises money for charities serving hungry, homeless, and hurting people in our community. Walk with us on February 23, 2019!
We walk because only the weather should be cold. The Coldest Night of the Year is a fun, family-friendly national walk that helps you raise funds for charities that serve hungry, homeless and hurting people in your community. We walk in the cold and dark to support all those in our community who are being crushed by struggle, trauma, shame and loneliness. To them – and to the community that witnesses our trek in the dark – we declare together that “Everybody matters. Everybody belongs. And yes, we need each other.” Since 2011, CNOY has raised over $21,500,000!

The Lasting Impact
By walking at dusk during a cold winter’s night, you’ll feel a hint of the challenge faced by those experiencing homelessness during winter. And, by fundraising, you’ll be contributing much-needed money to a charity in your town that is bringing hope and help to people in your community who need support.
