Welcoming in the new year with a walk focused on mindfulness and deepening our connection to nature. This is a walk that will deepen our senses, strengthen our connection to the forest, and to all the nature that surrounds us.
It will awaken our creativity, and our imagination. We will reconnect to ourselves, to the earth, and to each other. Prepare to leave this walk feeling connected, rejuvenated, calm, and clear.
This walk will be roughly 3 hours, and will include snacks and tea to finish our experience.
- Layers of clothing
- Comfortable shoes
- Something to sit on if you do not want to sit on the forest floor (Or it is wet)
- Any special snacks you would like at the end of the walk
- An open heart
